Inquiry routing
Sort incoming requests and help route them for a person to review.
AI can help with repetitive work, organizing information, or preparing drafts for review. We start with one clear task, decide whether AI is appropriate, and explain how to check the results. Projects can serve individual needs or approved organizational processes.
Start with a process that is clear enough to test and small enough to manage.
Sort incoming requests and help route them for a person to review.
Prepare drafts and structured summaries for staff approval.
Reduce repetitive reporting steps and flag missing information.
Move approved data between tools where supported integrations exist.
These are common starting points. Each one begins with a small, testable version before anything is expanded.
Send website or email inquiries to the right person, add them to a spreadsheet or CRM, and set a follow-up reminder.
Use AI to label messages, for example as a new project, a support question or a billing question, so they reach the right place faster.
Turn form answers or notes into a draft summary, reply or proposal outline for a person to review and edit.
Condense long meeting notes or email threads into decisions, open questions and next steps.
Collect figures from spreadsheets or connected tools into a regular summary instead of copying them by hand.
Update one tool when something changes in another, for example marking a project as paid when an invoice is settled.
1. We pick one frequent task and write down how it works today, how long it takes and where mistakes happen.
2. We agree on the expected result, what the automation should never do, and which steps a person must approve.
3. We build a small version, test it with realistic examples and fix what does not work.
4. We hand it over with short documentation, explain how to pause it, and agree on how it will be checked over time.
The right tools depend on what you already use. A project may involve Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, automation services such as Zapier, Make or n8n, scripts written in Google Apps Script or Python, and AI models from established providers. We check each tool's data handling terms before using it with your information.
AI-generated text and classifications may be inaccurate. We define accepted uses, sample tests, and when a person must approve the result. For safety-critical, regulated, financial or other high-impact decisions, we always design in a human approval step.
We agree on expected behavior, test representative examples, record known limits, and explain basic recovery steps. Any later maintenance, alert review, or improvements are governed by a separate service scope.
We explain how the workflow operates, which outputs need checking, and how to pause or report a problem. Training is scoped as part of implementation or a managed agreement.
