Review
Check agreed logs, alerts, or workflow results at the stated frequency.
A useful system may need regular attention as tools, requirements, or the way you work change. Clovvi offers monthly services for specific AI systems, automations, and software connections that we have reviewed and accepted for support.
Every agreement identifies the covered workflows, review schedule, work limits, client responsibilities, and response hours. Support is offered only for systems we have reviewed and accepted.
Check agreed logs, alerts, or workflow results at the stated frequency.
Investigate reported faults and make approved fixes within the included hours.
Plan small changes based on observed issues, feedback, and business priorities.
Keep agreed instructions up to date and train staff on the parts they use.
Clovvi does not offer unlimited access or a single plan for everyone. After reviewing an existing or proposed system, we can outline specific tasks, review frequency, available support hours, and cost. The examples below are possible structures, not a promise that every project qualifies.
A small number of covered workflows, scheduled reviews, issue logging, and an agreed monthly maintenance allowance.
System care plus configured alert review, planned improvements, and a regular check-in.
Managed operations with a larger approved improvement budget and periodic staff enablement.
Each agreement lists exactly what is covered, so expectations are clear from day one. Around-the-clock monitoring, instant response, guaranteed uptime, security certification, third-party fees and systems outside the agreed scope are included only when the agreement says so.
Your agreement identifies system access, ownership or licensing of deliverables, documentation, termination terms, and any paid transition assistance. Customers may choose another provider. Our goal is to earn continued work through useful results and accountable service.
Automated outputs can be incomplete or wrong. For important decisions, we discuss review steps, permissions, testing, and ways to stop or correct a workflow. The customer remains responsible for decisions and information submitted through its business processes unless a written agreement assigns a specific duty otherwise.
