If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization, project description, timeline and budget range. Please do not send confidential records, passwords or payment details in an inquiry.
How we use messages
We use inquiry details to respond, discuss potential services, maintain appropriate business records, and address legitimate security or legal needs.
Website hosting and service providers
This website is hosted by Netlify. Netlify may process technical information such as IP addresses, dates and request logs to provide and protect the website. Contact form submissions are delivered through Netlify, stored in our Netlify account and screened for spam. We use Google for email. We will update this notice if our hosting or tools change.
Payments and scheduling
If you book a call through our booking calendar, the booking is handled by Calendly. Calendly receives the details you enter and technical information about your visit, and processes them under its own privacy policy. If you make a payment, it is handled on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never entered on or stored by this website. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy policy, and we receive a record of the payment.
Retention and rights
We keep inquiries and business correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations, and we periodically delete old form submissions. Contact clovvisystems@gmail.com to ask about information you have sent or to request deletion where applicable.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice as Clovvi services and practices change. The version published on the website controls.
