Getting started

Do we need to know what system we want?

No. Tell us what is difficult, repetitive, unreliable, or simply confusing. We can discuss an appropriate next step without assuming a particular tool is required.

Does Clovvi work with individuals and nonprofits?

Yes. Clovvi welcomes project inquiries from individuals, nonprofits, businesses, and technical teams. Scope and terms depend on the project.

How much does a project cost?

It depends on the problem, the systems involved, access, testing needs and the level of ongoing support. You receive a written scope and price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.

Can you work with tools we already use?

Usually, yes. Most modern tools can connect through built-in integrations or APIs. Before recommending a solution, we check permissions, third-party terms, cost and data sensitivity, so the connection is reliable and safe.

Working together

Can Clovvi contribute to a project that already has a technical team?

Yes. Clovvi can discuss a defined product design task, hardware prototype, embedded software component, IoT milestone or integration project. Scope and deliverables are agreed before work begins.

Do you train our team?

Yes. When training is part of the project, you get practical demonstrations, written instructions and guidance on which outputs need a human check. Ongoing training is available with managed service agreements.

Will we own what Clovvi builds?

Clear ownership is part of every handover. Your agreement lists which deliverables you own, which parts rely on third-party licenses, and how files and access are transferred to you.

Do we have to subscribe after the project?

No. Implementation and managed services are separate unless a proposed package clearly says otherwise. We will explain any ongoing technical dependencies before you approve the work.

Reliability, security and compliance

What happens if something stops working?

Every project includes agreed tests and documentation on how to spot and report a problem. With a managed service, we also run scheduled checks and handle reported issues within agreed times. No technology provider can honestly promise error-free operation, so we plan for issues instead of assuming they will never happen.

Can you work with personal or sensitive information?

Yes, with the right safeguards. Projects involving health, donor, financial or client records start with a review of what data is truly needed, who can access it and which laws or agreements apply, and we bring in specialist advice where required. To keep your information safe, please leave passwords, payment details and confidential records out of your first message.

How does Clovvi handle security and compliance?

Security is built into every project: limited access, careful handling of data, clear documentation and agreed review steps. Formal security audits, legal compliance reviews and industry certifications are specialist services. When a project needs them, we flag it at the start, plan our work around those requirements and work alongside the auditors or advisors you choose.

Can Clovvi help with projects that need an engineering stamp or product certification?

Yes, as part of a larger team. Clovvi focuses on design, prototyping and testing during development. When a project needs a Professional Engineer (PE) stamp, regulated approval or formal product certification, such as FCC or UL testing, that sign-off is provided by licensed engineers and accredited test labs. We identify these requirements early, design with them in mind, prepare clear documentation for the reviewers and work alongside the licensed professionals you choose.

Search and AI visibility

Do we need to replace our current website to improve search visibility?

Usually not. We review the website and tools you already have, find the technical gaps and agree on specific improvements. If a full redesign would serve you better, we will say so and explain your options.

Can Clovvi guarantee first-page Google rankings?

No one can honestly guarantee rankings. What we do is strengthen the foundations search engines rely on: clear service pages, technical health, structured data and useful content. Rankings then depend on competition and other outside factors.

Can you help customers find us through AI-powered search?

Yes. We review how clearly your services are described, technical accessibility for search engines and AI crawlers, structured data and the consistency of your public business details. These are the signals search engines and AI assistants rely on. No one can control whether a specific AI assistant mentions a business, so we focus on improvements you can see and measure.
