Help the tools you have work better together.

When people spend time copying information between systems, a focused connection or small internal tool may help. We review what already exists before suggesting new software.

Connect the tools you already use

We review available permissions, vendor restrictions, data handling, and the expected result. If access or integration limits prevent a dependable connection, we explain that before proposing work.

Common connections

Many businesses use several tools that do not share information. These are typical places where a connection saves repeated work.

Website forms to a spreadsheet or CRM

New inquiries arrive in one organized place with a status and follow-up date.

See an example

Invoicing to project tracking

When an invoice is sent or paid, the related project or client record updates.

Bookings to your contact list

New appointments add or update the client record and send the right reminder.

Spreadsheets to reports

Figures from several sheets or tools are combined into one regular summary.

Build only what you need

The right approach may be a simple configuration, a limited integration, or a small internal application. We agree on requirements and what can be tested before implementation.

Focused internal tools

Small applications or reporting utilities for a specific workflow.

Application connections

Documented transfer of approved information between supported systems.

Operational views

A practical summary of agreed information, rather than an oversized reporting platform.

Make changes less risky

We test agreed cases, record dependencies, and explain known limitations. Access, ownership, data responsibility, and any recovery obligations must be stated in the agreement.

How an integration project runs

1. Review: we look at the tools involved, what each one allows, and what data should move.
2. Plan: we agree in writing on the trigger, the result, the fields that move and how errors are handled.
3. Build and test: we set up the connection using test records first, then confirm it with you.
4. Document: you receive a short record of what is connected, where access keys are stored and who owns each account.

What to prepare

A list of the tools you use, who administers each account, and one sentence describing the result you want, for example: "When a customer books a call, add them to our client sheet." Please do not send passwords or access keys by email. We will agree on a safer way to set up access.

After launch

Where appropriate, Clovvi can offer a defined monthly service for checking integrations, addressing approved issues, and implementing limited improvements. New development is quoted separately.
